Perry Schroter, co-owner of Snip & Stitch, is our very talented sewing machine repair person. He specializes in Husqvarna and Janome machines because that is the training that is readily available to him, but he can fix almost any machine, any brand. Servicing your machine is also an important step towards having a long relationship with your sewing machine.

Regular Service: Perry works 5 days a week so our turn around on machines is usually very short. We do recommend that you expect to leave your machine with us for two weeks just in case there are a lot of machines in for servicing or repair. There may be longer waits because of special cleaning and distancing rules due to COVID-19.
